Agency subscription models

Our subscription model helps athletes grow to their greatest potential while showing them path to getting recruited. Paying for a subscription with (name) brings athletes into the university and college recruiting world. By ensuring quality training and building connections with universities across Canada and the United States, we help athletes achieve their dreams of playing post-secondary volleyball.

Non monthly models

By paying for the performance pathway package athletes are provided with the necessary tools and resources to be recruited by a university program. Each package is structured for a one-time payment for administration costs with a conditional placement fee upon securing a position on a college or university roster. The initial administration fee will be deducted from the placement fee upon the athletes official signing with a program.

Performance pathway package

Highlight reel $529 (one time fee – non-refundable)

• Up to 15 minutes of game footage
• One professional video session at any camp (ideal for athletes without existing game footage)
• One private training session (max 5 athletes of the same position) with a recruiting coach–filmed professionally
• 60-minute consultation with a recruiting expert to cover:
  • Guidance on choosing the right degree & university
  • NCAA, NAIA, and U Sports eligibility requirements
  • Required documentation and timeline breakdown

Subscription models

By subscribing to our recruiting agency, you receive a variety of services based on the level of subscription you purchase. Each package builds on the aspire package, meaning every level of subscription includes the services of the level below it. All packages follow the same model of either a yearly fee, or a monthly subscription and a placement fee of $$$, conditional upon an athlete signing with a university. After 15 months of membership, all monthly fees become free.

Aspire package $45.99/month OR $450/year

• Once a week practices with a recruiting coach in a team format
• Practices occur within the same or close age groups
• Year-round, high-quality training

Elevate package $68.99/month OR $650/year higher

• Two practice sessions per week in a team format
• Two professionally recorded sessions per month

  • For production of film to be sent out to coaches during the recruiting process

• Bimonthly personalized strength and conditioning (S&C) 

  • Designed by a Phd in Kinesiology to provide programming that meets individual athletes needs

• 1 group meeting per month with recruiting coach

  • An opportunity to ask recruiting coaches questions about skill development, technical improvement, university life, ways to succeed in university, helpful tips or skills and whatever else athletes are curious about the recruiting and development process.

• 1 team session per month with sport psychologist

  • A comprehensive set of presentations that cover key performance psychology strategies and provides a safe space to ask mental performance questions

Commit package – $259 or $2500/year

• 1 on 1 sport psychologist session/month (50% discount on booking and services fees)

  • Offering private mental performance support in a more personal setting

• Biweekly small group private lessons (in position groups)

  • In groups of 3-5 players of the same position

  • Targets technical aspects of an athlete’s given position in a private setting 

  • Offers focused individual feedback with actionable strategies to improve.

• Monthly S&C session with trainer

  • To ensure proper form of execution, our expert coach will guide athletes through their strength and functional training programs in a structured team environment. 

• Monthly video analysis session in position groups (Max 5 Athletes)

  • Discussing the in-depth nature of watching film in university, what to look for, how to critique yourself on film, how to game plan, how to spot weaknesses or situational advantages.
